At the Disney Theme park in Orlando Fl can you purchase VIP tickets so you dont have to wait in line?

Yes. The system is called Fast Pass.
Fast Pass doesn’t cost any extra.

VIP tours are also available. Front row seats, personal guide, the whole bit. At Epcot that costs $125/hr with a six hour minimum. (Yikes!)

fast passes make you wait for a while normally. Then they throw you to the middle of the line.so you still have to wait but not as long. Sometimes they put you close to the front like 20th person. They really do help but not by a ton.

No, not like you are thinking. Disney uses a system called Fast Pass. Fastpasses are FREE to all guests with a valid park ticket. Rides equipped with Fastpass will have a set of Fastpass machines outside the ride. Above the machines will be a screen telling you the currently distributed times. For example, if you go to Space Mountain at 10:00 AM, the Fastpasses might be distributing times between 2:35-3:35 PM. Insert your park tickets into the machine and your Fastpass comes out – you must have a pass for everyone in your party who will be riding, meaning you will have to put everyone’s tickets in the machine separately – but one person can do this.

You can then go ride other rides. You come back later anytime during that hour and line up in the (marked) Fastpass queue instead of the regular queue. You usually wait less than 5 minutes in the Fastpass queue.

It’s a pretty good system – just check out which rides offer it before you go and plan accordingly. Other than this, your only option is to shell out big bucks for a private tour.

No, you can’t. There are fastpasses which enable you to come back to the ride at whatever timeframe the pass tells you to, but there’s nothing that you pay a fee to go to the front of the line.

The VIP tours don’t get you a better place in line either, you stand in line like everyone else as far as I remember.

LIke everybody else has mentioned, Disney’s FastPass system is completely free and available to all park guests. I wanted to mention though in response to the first poster here that mentioned Guest Relations VIP tour guides…Even if you do have a guest relations guide with you while you are in the parks, they DO NOT get you to the front of lines. They are there with you in a tour guide/guest relations compacity only. They are not there to get you into the front of lines or restaurants that don’t have available tables.

last time we went there was no purchase necessary all you do is go up to the ride and grab the pass it tells you what time to come back and you are then allowed to move to the fast line. only those whom has grabbed the passes can do this yes someone is checking the passes.

You can get a Fast Pass and they send u to liek the middle of the line in most rides. Sometimes u can go to the front.
But they thing about them is you have to be at a certain part at a certain time to get one for a ride. Sometimes its kind of hard to make it to the other side of the park to get a fast pass then back to the other side to get in line. So i think u should jus wait. Most of their rides have nice things to look at and listen to while youre waiting.
